What is the Auction?

The auction is Imai PTA's biggest fundraiser of the year (and of course, it's a party!). We are excited to introduce all of our new Imai families to this wonderful tradition. We’ll be auctioning off a ton of great events and experiences: everything from adults-only parent parties to special grade-level events for kids with their favorite teachers! These events not only raise money for Imai but also help us build a strong community. Whether your children are in 5th grade or brand new to our community, there is something for everyone at this event! All the proceeds raised at the auction support the PTA general fund.

 

When and Where is the event?

The 24th Annual Auction - PARENT'S NIGHT OUT - will be held on Friday, Nov. 3, 2023, 6:30 - 11:00 PM at Levi's Stadium! Check our Event Website for details.

 

Who can attend the Auction?

Imai parents, alumni and staff are all invited to attend. This is an adult-only event so no kids for this one.

 

​Do I have to pay to attend the Auction?

The auction is FREE to attend! All funds raised support Imai PTA, so please feel free to help us by contributing to the costs of the event by donating towards your food and beverage costs at registration.
 

Do I need to pre-register for the event? 

Yes. Registration is now open at the Event Website.

What items can I bid on?

We're all about building community and the PARTY! We'll be auctioning off fun experiences for adults and kids alike. Don't miss out on the annual Imai Family Campout, the chance for your kid to be "Principal for a Day", reserved seating at your kid's concerts/plays and other performances, special grade-level parties featuring your kids favorite Imai teachers and staff, and the Imai Family Movie Night. Last year, we had amazing parties (hosted by fellow Imai families) such as Tacos and Tequila Tasting, the Scavenger Party for Grownups, an Evening in Paris, Dads Poker Night, and so much more! A link to the full auction catalog will be available in late October.
 

If I can't attend in person, can I still bid on items?

Yes! You’ll be able to pre-register for the auction online, get your bidding number, checkout the auction catalog and decide what items you’d like to bid on. You can have a friend submit your bid number for any items you want to purchase.

HOW CAN I HELP?

The Imai auction relies on donations of items and events from our parent community.

• Can you host/co-host a party of kids or adults (i.e. a movie night, a paint night, a themed dinner party, a cornhole tournament, karaoke night, 80's prom, a progressive cocktail party with your Imai neighbors?

• Can you donate a weekend or week at your vacation home in Hawaii, Tahoe, etc.?

• Do you have a connection to a small business (restaurant, yoga studio, spa, etc.) who can donate a gift certificate or experience?

• Do you have a special talent you can share via a class or a performance?

• Do you have season tickets to the Warriors, 49ers, Giants, and can donate a pair of tickets?
