It’s time to lace up your moon boots and get ready for a mission like no other! We are thrilled to officially kick off our annual school walkathon. This year’s theme is "Soaring into the Stars", and we are aiming for a fun-filled day that is truly out of this world. Every step our students take helps our school community reach new heights!

NEXTREX PLASTIC RECYCLING CHALLENGE

♻️New Year, Green Year: Help Us Recycle for a Brighter Future!♻️

This year, the PTA is resolving to put the planet first. We are thrilled to launch our New Year sustainability campaign in partnership with NexTrex. We’re calling on all students, staff, and families to help us reach our goal. It’s simple: instead of tossing your clean plastic films, bring them to school and drop them in our designated bins.

Start collecting today and turn them in when school resumes and throughout the year. We will receive a gift from NexTrex when we reach our first 250lbs and will be entered to a chance to win prizes! And if we reach 1,000lbs by December, we can get a Trex Bench for the school!

Let’s lead the way in making our community a little greener, one bag at a time.

You can contribute to the success of all the incredible community building and student advocating initiatives too! Consider joining the 2026-2027 Imai PTA Board!

It is a great way to meet other supportive Imai parents and apply your skills in a way that makes a tangible difference in your local community. Some positions are year-round, but there are multiple opportunities that only require short-term commitment.
